Alexander Moreira-Almeida ist ein brasilianischer Psychiater und ordentlicher Professor für Psychiatrie an der Universidade Federal de Juiz de Fora, wo er NUPES, das Forschungszentrum für Spiritualität und Gesundheit, gründete. Er hat über 220 wissenschaftliche Arbeiten publiziert und 2025 den Oskar-Pfister-Preis der American Psychiatric Association erhalten.
