Methodology

Every study in our database is classified into one of four evidence tiers based on replication status, methodological rigor, and peer-review quality. We do not advocate for or against any phenomenon — we present the data as it stands.

Evidence Tier System

Tier 1 — GoldMeta-analysis with strong replication, published in mainstream journals

Tier 2 — SilverWell-designed studies with significant results, peer-reviewed

Tier 3 — BronzePreliminary evidence, single studies or methodological concerns

Tier 4 — PreliminaryAnecdotal, pilot studies, or disputed methodology
